Here are stored data from CARDAMOM (carbon data model framework), which comprise spatial analyses of terrestrial carbon cycling across a range of time and space domains. The analyses use a carbon balance model (generally DALEC), and spatial datasets (generally from satellite observations, plus climate forcing data) to produce the following outputs: carbon stocks in multiple plant and dead organic matter pools; carbon fluxes into, among and out of these pools; and model process parameters.

  • CARDAMOM panarctic retrievals 2000-2015

    Exbrayat, Jean-François; Williams, Mathew
The panarctic CARDAMOM outputs are derived from 1°x1° degree model-data fusion (MDF) analysis for 2000-2015. In each pixel, the DALEC2 ecosystem model is constrained by MODIS Leaf Area Index, Northern Circumpolar Soil ...
  • CARDAMOM pantropical retrievals 2000-2015

Exbrayat, Jean-François; Williams, Mathew; Smallman, T Luke
This dataset includes netCDF files reporting pantropical retrievals of the terrestrial carbon cycle using the CARDAMOM model-data fusion framework. Two experiments are included that alternatively include or omit fire ...
  • CARDAMOM 2001-2010 global carbon Model-Data Fusion (MDF) analysis

    Bloom, Anthony; Williams, Mathew
The CARbon DAta MOdel fraMework (CARDAMOM; Bloom et al., 2015 in review) outputs are derived from a global 1-degree x 1-degree 2001-2010 model-data fusion (MDF) analysis. The datasets include allocation fractions (AF) ...
