Dataset Description (TOC)dc.description.tableofcontentsThe NMJ-morph assessment package comprises: 1. a sample image bank containing twenty example NMJ confocal images (.lsm file format) N.B. http://datashare.is.ed.ac.uk/handle/10283/647 which is superseded by this dataset, contains tif versions of the images, as well as an identical set of the .lsm image files. 2. a reference guide spreadsheet produced from the sample image bank 3. a blank spreadsheet for training and data collection 4. the image bank has been provided in .tif format, to allow users without access to confocal microscopy software to view the images. ### Changes ### This fileset supersedes the one at https://doi.org/10.7488/ds/1329 ; the only change is the substitution of the word 'compactness' in place of 'density' - the spreadsheets are otherwise the same. The same change has been made in the user guide, which also required a change to the references to figures in the paper (which have been re-ordered). Apart from this, no other changes have been made.en_UK
