Dataset Description (abstract)dc.description.abstractTop-down electron capture dissociation (ECD) fragmentation datasets for several widely available commerical protein samples. All data were collected on a 12T SolariX FT-ICR mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics); and data is included here as .baf files (Bruker Daltonic Data files). These datasets were using for the analysis of 'Autopiquer - a robust and reliable peak detection algorithm for mass spectrometry'; in collaboration with the Kilgour Research Group (Nottingham Trent University).en_UK
