Four focus groups were held in the UK (Leeds and Edinburgh) in February 2012 to explore television viewing practices in relation to the main title and end credit sequences of contemporary drama serials. Two audiovisual stimuli were used: an extended main title sequence, and the final lines of dialogue in an episode followed by the end credit sequence. This report summarises the findings in relation to end credit sequences. It is presented here as a supplement to the article "The End is Nigh: Music Postfaces and End Credit Sequences in Contemporary Television Serials", forthcoming (2014) in the journal Music, Sound and the Moving Image.
