The Edinburgh Clinical Trials Unit (ECTU) is a collaborative group of trialists and research facilities within Lothian. The fundamental objective of the trials unit is to generate much more reliable evidence on the causes and best treatment of a wide range of diseases by facilitating and undertaking high quality clinical trial research.
